Anne E. Furniss

Anne E. Furniss is a partner with Furniss Shearer & Leineweber. Anne received her bachelor of arts from Willamette University in 2002 and her law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 2006. She has been an active member of the Oregon State Bar and Multnomah County Bar Association since her admission in 2006. Anne was admitted to Federal Practice in 2007 with her admission to the United States District Court, District of Oregon.

Throughout law school, Anne was interested in and focused her education on estate planning and elder law. Since her admission to practice, Anne has been a dedicated volunteer for Oregon Legal Aid’s Senior Law Project providing legal assistance to low income seniors, and past board member of Elder’s in Action. Anne currently serves on the Mt. Hood Community College Foundation Board.

Anne focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.
