The law firm of Furniss Shearer & Leineweber serves the needs
of individuals, families and small business in Oregon for over 35 years. While our firm’s name has changed over the years as lawyers join, leave and retire, our dedication to deliver excellent legal services has not changed.

The present law partners of Furniss Shearer & Leineweber each have over 30 years of legal experience and are awarded by Martindale - Hubbell (“the world’s most trusted legal resource”) the rating of AV Preeminent. Martindale - Hubbell declares this to be “the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards; the pinnacle of professional excellence earned through a strenuous Peer Review Rating process.”

The founder of our law firm, L. M. Schouboe, was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1950. Upon Mr. Schouboe’s retirement, the firm name changed from Schouboe and Furniss to Furniss Shearer & Leineweber.

The attorneys of Furniss Shearer & Leineweber
